ING is a great bank if you are looking for a savings account. ANYONE can get a savings here. They do not use Chexsystems and no one has ever reported to me that they were denied.
Another great feature in some cities are the ING DIRECT cafes. These are cafes where you can do everything that you can do at any bank branch.
